Direct Cremation includes local removal of remains, 2 days refrigeration, professional services and appropriate minimal container, transportation to crematory and cremation fee. (Baby, under two years, $300.00) Full body, scientific donations can provide cremations at no cost to you. Restrictions apply. See information below or contact us for information. We also include a memorial service in our chapel for this price.

Economy Cremation Service Package includes: transfer of remains, professional services, embalming, preparation of remains, visitation, economy casket, and crematory fee. This is a discount of $558.00 from the general price list.

Traditional Cremation Service Package	$1,899.00
Traditional Cremation Service Package includes: transfer of remains, professional services, embalming, preparation of remains, funeral ceremony, economy casket, graveside service, and crematory. This is a discount of $508.00 from the general price list.

Full Body Donations for Science
Consider a scientific donation:   • Without donations, much scientific research at major universities would come to a halt   • We assist only reputable donor organizations   • The family still receives the cremated remains, if they wish. Once a loved one's remains have been donated, the donor organization becomes responsible for the charges incurred, including the cremation itself.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Notice
La Paz Funeral Home sets the following conditions on its sales and services

1. The prices on the price list are effective as of the date shown and are subject to change after that date without prior notice.
2. The prices quoted are based on cash transactions or valid assignment of insurance.
3. All valid assignments of insurance will be charged a 10% fee of the total bill, absolutely no exceptions.
4. We accept Visa and Master Card for payment.
5. All remains are immediately refrigerated within one hour of arrival at the funeral home.
6. All bodies received from the Medical Examiner's office will be charged for required protective pouch.
7. We do not offer public viewing without embalming. We do charge for private family viewing. A representative of La Paz Funeral Home must schedule all private viewings. A release of responsibility form must be signed by the next of kin before an unembalmed remains may be viewed, no exceptions.
